Emergencies – After office hours, the voice mail system will offer an option to leave a message for the doctor. Dr. Hansen will be notified promptly and will return your call as soon as possible. Occasionally, the physician may be away and therefore unavailable in case of emergency you may need to be treated at a nearby hospital Emergency Room or urgent care facility.

Medications & Prescription Renewals – All prescriptions and authorizations for renewals should be requested during normal office hours. The nurse or doctor will contact your pharmacist during regular business hours. Please try to plan in advance for prescription refills especially before the weekend. If you need a refill please call your pharmacy first and ask them to send a refill request. Please allow 24 hours for refill requests.
