New Patient Info

Dr. Hansen is no longer accepting new patients as a primary care physician.  However, he is still accepting new DOT/CDL & pilot clients for their physicals.

After office hours, the voice mail system will offer an option to leave a message for the doctor.  Dr. Hansen will be notified promptly and will return your call as soon as possible. 

Occasionally, the physician may be away and therefore unavailable in case of emergency you may need to be treated at a nearby hospital Emergency Room or urgent care facility.

We are a family practice and lifestyle clinic.   We seek to provide the very best medical care and health education  possible. In conjunction with our philosophy we have chosen not to become part of any HMO's and are not contracted with any insurance companies.

This policy allows the doctor to:

1. Be the one to determine the treatments needed in your specific case in conjunction with the patients desires -- and not the insurance company. 
2. Spend the time needed with each patient  without having to meet quotas or accept more patients than can reasonably be cared for by this clinic. 
3. Refer and receive referrals according to your medical need – and not according to preferential lists.

Medications & Prescription Renewals – All prescriptions and  authorizations for renewals should be requested during normal office hours.   The nurse or doctor will contact your pharmacist during regular business  hours. Please try to plan in advance for prescription refills especially before the weekend.   If you need a refill please call your pharmacy first and ask them to send a refill request.  Please allow 24 hours for refill requests.
