Emergencies
After Office Hours: The voice mail system will offer an option to leave a message for the doctor. Dr. Hansen will be notified promptly and will return your call as soon as possible.
In Case of Emergency: Please call 911 or go to your nearest Emergency Room or Urgent Care facility.
Financial Policies / Insurance
We are a family practice and lifestyle clinic. We seek to provide the very best medical care and health education possible. Currently we are not a participating provider listed with Medicare or other insurance companies. Medical services are paid at the time of the appointment.
Medications & Prescription Renewals
Medications & Prescription Renewals – All prescriptions and authorizations for renewals should be requested during normal office hours. The nurse or doctor will contact your pharmacist during regular business hours. Please try to plan in advance for prescription refills especially before the weekend. If you need a refill please call your pharmacy first and ask them to send a refill request. Please allow 24 hours for refill requests.
