 Emerald Valley Wellness Clinic is located
approximately 15 miles south of Eugene, Oregon.
Take the Creswell Exit (Exit 182) off I-5. Turn east on Cloverdale Rd. Take the first left turn, which is Emerald Parkway. Continue to the stop sign and cross Dale Kuni Road into the Emerald Valley Resort parking lot.
The Emerald Valley Wellness Clinic is located at 600 Dale Kuni Rd., 2nd floor of the Emerald Valley Resort Building. You will find our clinic at the north end of the reception hallway. There is an elevator available for handicap access through the first set of doors on the ground level.
